TaylorMade Golf

Location: Basingstoke, UK

TaylorMade Golf, founded in 1979, transformed the golf industry with the creation of the world’s first metal driver. Today, they remain a global leader in high‑performance golf clubs, balls, and apparel.

As part of the development of a new education centre at their Basingstoke UK headquarters, TaylorMade required a permanent seating solution that would complement the premium feel of the space. While researching options online, they discovered the Hussey Seatway website and identified a seating unit that aligned with their vision, prompting them to get in touch.

Solution

Following several detailed discussions and a site visit, our team recommended a fixed seating system as the most suitable option for the new venue. TaylorMade requested seating for approximately 60 people, complete with integrated writing tablets to support presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

To complement the high‑end aesthetic of the space, we proposed the Space‑Max seat, a refined, contemporary option known for its exceptional finish and comfort. The specification included walnut‑coloured wooden arms and walnut‑finished folding writing tablets, ensuring a cohesive and premium look throughout the room. To further elevate the installation and reinforce brand presence, each seat was completed with an embroidered TaylorMade logo.

The result is a refined, functional seating installation that enhances the learning environment and supports TaylorMade’s commitment to excellence.
