Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace is an English professional football club based in Selhurst, South London, that competes in the Premier League, the highest level of English football. Hussey Seatway was brought in to complete a huge refurbishment project at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.

The Sports Centre was opened in 1964 and it’s a listed heritage building with a capacity to hold 3,000 spectators. Originally, they had a very old competitors seating system in place, which was tired and well-used, so Hussey Seatway were asked to replace the seating, to transform the experience for the users.

Solution

We provided Crystal Palace National Sports Centre with a combination of Metro seats and Courtside seats, providing a combination of seating for their spectators.

Using our Seatway TP retractable unit, Crystal Palace can close the unit to open up the floor when not in use to facilitate other sporting activities for the community.
